Colin Messent is the founder and director of Skopos Web Design. He has been operating his web design business Cadmium Online since 2001, and relaunched his business under the name of 'Skopos' in 2009. Skopos is ancient Greek for target, a word that encapsulates the aim of every business - to reach their target market.

Colin worked for twelve years as a programmer and analyst on mainframe computers before completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Electronic Commerce at Curtin University of Technology in 2001. Colin specialises in designing and building cost-effective websites for small businesses, creating stunning, vivid websites that distinguish his clients from their competitors. His ongoing services include search engine optimisation, development of corresponding logos and business stationery, training, and auxiliary services such as domain name registration, website hosting and email account management.

He has a genuine passion for designing websites that exceed customer expectations, and chooses not to use ready-made templates, so that each site has a fresh and original appearance.
